Message I've had a few good transactions with Z1 as well as a few bumps (minor though). You said you wanted feedback so I figure I'll pass some on. I might've mentioned it in the past but here it goes again just in case.

I am stationed in Japan so I am limited to using the USPS. I know a lot of your parts are sent out by other means (DHL, etc). The DS I recently ordered for a friend out here made it but it took FOREVER!!!

When I was visiting your shop back in August, I noticed the DS was in the DHL pile ready to go out. Luckily I caught it. It would've taken even longer had I not caught it. I had to inform your guys that I was limited to using the USPS. John then informed me he doesn't go to the post office for anybody. Helpful tip #1: Don't mention that to customers. We like to think the business will gladly help even if it means going slightly out of the way for an already placed order.

It was placed off to the side and I assumed all would be fine. Over a month went by before I finally got it. I noticed it was sent parcel post instead of priority. Helpful tip #2: Before sending something Parcel Post, contact the customer to see if he/she minds waiting FOREVER to receive the part or if they will pay a little more (if it is required postage) to receive it through Priority.

Helpful tip #3: Please inform ALL your people that overseas FPO/APO addresses must use the USPS and no other methods will deliver using a domestic rate. None of your employees appeared to have this knowledge. It is critical info that needs to be put out for ths sake of preventing time delays as well as non-deliveries.

These 3 tips should greatly help your business and keep customers happy with customer service.
